Join us for a beginning of the year Mass invoking the Holy Spirit on the work of the school during the 2023-24 academic year.

During the Mass of the Holy Spirit, the faculty, staff, and board members of the Chesterton Academy of St. George will take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium, promising that we will uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church in all that we do as a school. This oath, encouraged by Pope St. John Paul II, is a public manifestation of Chesterton Academy’s mission to form young Catholics in the richness of the faith.

The Chesterton Academy of St. George choir, made up of all students in the school, will provide the music for the Mass. Musical pieces will include the Veni Creator Spiritus and Salve Regina.

Mass will be held in the chapel at Bethany House. Afterwards, there will be light refreshments served.
